Despite numerous obstacles, including Covid price increases, supply chain issues, changes in the market and even fear, they were able to persevere and take the worst house on the block and build an amazing 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, 4500+ Sqft luxury home that sold for over $1.6M and was under contract in less than a week.
