On episode 15 of the Closers Klub, I had an amazing conversation with the real estate developer, Josue Velney. Josue shares how he grew up as a foster child, went into the Marines after high school, became a firefighter and transitioned into real estate to become a millionaire real estate investor and developer. Along his journey he encountered many obstacles, but found a way to rapidly excel to the highest levels of his profession and credits many of the lessons he learned as a marine as the fundamental reason for his success. There’s a lot to be learned from this conversation, but a above of all Josue wants to encourage everyone listening to keep going and keep pushing towards their goals, no matter what life throws at you. This is a very inspiring episode and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the conversation.
