On episode 9 of the Closers Klub, I got to speak with Eddie Machado about how he completed his first luxury development. Eddie and his brother are originally from Brazil and have been working as contractors in America for over 20 years. After many years of doing the work for others, they decided it was time to take a chance on themselves. They had a dream of becoming developers and had built multi million dollar homes for so many others. This gave them the confidence to purchase a lot and build their first luxury home. Despite numerous obstacles, including Covid price increases, supply chain issues, changes in the market and even fear, they were able to persevere and take the worst house on the block and build an amazing 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, 4500+ Sqft luxury home that sold for over $1.6M and was under contract in less than a week. This is an inspiring story and I hope it gives you the courage to pursue your dreams through the power of faith and determination!
