On Episode 6 of the Closers Klub, I got to speak with Boston Real Estate Developer Pierre Joas of 338 Group Development. Pierre is a first generation American who’s family immigrated to the US from Haiti. He just completed a 9 unit condo development and in this two part conversation we covered a wide range of topics including real estate, design, family, rent control, relationships and more.
